I’m a startup trainer and mentor whose life purpose is to create equal opportunities for everyone through entrepreneurship.
My startup, Taotter, is a marketplace for early-stage founders to source relevant, startup-fit remote talent.
I’m currently available for coaching, training, and speaking engagements.
I’m based in Qatar, but my heart is always in the Philippines. At the moment, I am probably attending a startup conference and drinking a glass of wine (or two) for lunch.
When I was nineteen, I freelanced online. It was cool to make cash until I worked with and got absorbed full-time by a startup. That changed my life.

Coaching
I am a LEANSTACK-Certified mentor, specializing in supporting early-stage entrepreneurs to gain business model traction through continuous execution.
Training
My day-to-day involves running programs and managing a portfolio of pre-seed startups for an incubator in Qatar. Every business can benefit from lean startup mindsets and the continuous innovation framework, we offer tailored beyond-startup training for institutions and specialized teams.
Community
This year, I am starting a community of early-stage founders and entrepreneurs to collaborate, network, and co-learn. I haven’t decided where to host it yet but until then, join me on Substack.
Today, I mentor and train early-stage founding teams and am a frequent participant at startup conferences. I’m also building a community for underserved founders.
I love entrepreneurs and my practice and platform is built around making more of them (the good kinds).
This beauty is Palawan in the Philippines.
Didn’t I already say my heart is there?
